Music spotlight:

I am reading a well-written and gripping biography of Frank Sinatra, titled Frank: The Voice, by James Kaplan. I recommend it. Like most of us, my favorite Sinatra period is his great Capitol recordings from the 1950s. But I wanted to listen to something different, so I made a playlist of some of his best Reprise recordings from the 1960s and onward. There is some great music here, even if Sinatra’s Reprise recordings are not as strong overall as his Capitol recordings.
